1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses. If your package is lost or delayed, contact the carrier first. We’re happy to assist if further support is needed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
