Pet Toy Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you (and your pets!) to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your pet toy, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Used pet toys

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or chewing

• Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at cs.patapal@gmail.com

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
